Dedicate to Allahyarham Mohd Salleh bin Zakaria, The Penghulu of Persatuan Penduduk Kastam Kelana Jaya, who had approved the budget to conduct this tournament. May Allah bestow His blessing upon him. His wish to deliver the prizes to the winners of this tournament was not materializzed as he had passed away on the night of 13th of May 2013. May his last contribution to the kids be rewarded by Allah S.W.T.
